Returns & exchanges
Each necklace is custom made. If there are any issues with your order please contact me and send back the item within 7 days of receiving your order. I cannot accept anything back if it is not mailed back within 7 days of the delivery date as stated by the USPS tracking.
If you wish to return or make an exchange your item must be unworn.
You will receive a 60% back on the method used to purchase the item. Since items are custom made there is a 40% deduction for the material and time spent to make the piece. Shipping costs are not refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping & tracking costs.
If your item shows signs of wear or damage then refund or exchange is up to our discretion.
Shipping policies
Orders are sent in a white bubble wrapped envelope. All items are gift boxed. Orders ship out 1-3 days after the order is placed via USPS first class mail.
You will receive tracking info for each order. TheRockStarGirl is not responsible for packages that get lost or damaged in route, although you can add insurance to your order during checkout.
USPS First-Class Mail shipping time is 2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail shipping time is 1-3 business days
International orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail International. Please be aware of your country's customs regulations and taxes. All international fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. At this time Priority mail upgrade is not offered for International orders. However you can purchase Insurance.
